Well, here it is, my attempt at a journal. I have never been much for journals. I start them with grand intentions and then a few days into it I forget and it gets buried on the black hole I call a desk.
I will include anything I think is helpful in my journey. What is my journey, you ask? Well, if you can read (and I am assuming you can since you are reading this) then my blog title says it all.
I am searching for a healthy life. That will mean different things at different times. Right now my focus is on achieving overall fitness, losing unhealthy weight and feeling good.
I am also going to attempt to log my food diary here. It may or may not happen. Only time will tell.
