BFL - Day 2

I did a little better today on protein. Definitely closer to 40-40-20. I am really loving SparkPeople for the nutrition tracker. It makes it so easy to figure out where I am lacking.

I have no Earth shattering revelations to share with the world. Maybe tomorrow!

Food log:
Breakfast - Protein shake with blueberries
Lunch - Left over vegan stuffed shells
Snack - leftover pasta salad with salmon
Dinner - Shrimp and Cauliflower
Snack - Eggplant Hummus, rice crackers and tomatoes
