There are a few weird ideas on this list but no one has ever accused me of being normal!
Protein Shake with fruit and silken tofu1 serving protein powder of choice (mixed as directed)
1/2 cup fruit of choice
4 oz silken tofu
Blend together in a blender!
BEC - Boca, Egg and Cheese
1 boca burger (cooked as directed)
topped with one cooked egg white (use the whole egg if fat isn't a concern)
and top that with 1/2 oz. goat cheese
Turkey Meatballs
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans...)
4 egg whites
seasonings of choice
form into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 until cooked through
"Cereal"
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit of choice (any berry would be perfect)
1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
1/2 plain soy milk
sweetener of choice
Protein Pancakes
while heating a griddle or fry pan, mix together...
2 TBS oil
1 egg
1 TBS Splenda (more to taste if you want)
2 TBS soy creamer
1 Scoop Protein Powder (flavor of choice)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Cook lower and slower than regular pancakes. Makes 8.
