There are a few weird ideas on this list but no one has ever accused me of being normal!Protein Shake with fruit and silken tofu
1 serving protein powder of choice (mixed as directed)
1/2 cup fruit of choice
4 oz silken tofu
Blend together in a blender!
BEC - Boca, Egg and Cheese
1 boca burger (cooked as directed)
topped with one cooked egg white (use the whole egg if fat isn't a concern)
and top that with 1/2 oz. goat cheese
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans...)
4 egg whites
seasonings of choice
form into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 until cooked through
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit of choice (any berry would be perfect)
1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
1/2 plain soy milk
sweetener of choice
while heating a griddle or fry pan, mix together...
2 TBS oil
1 TBS Splenda (more to taste if you want)
2 TBS soy creamer
1 Scoop Protein Powder (flavor of choice)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Cook lower and slower than regular pancakes. Makes 8.
