Moving on....

If you have read this post then you already know that I have been considering switching to NROL Fat Loss. After reading through the book I have decided to go with NROL. I love the flexibility of the programs and I really feel like I will get better results from a program geared specifically towards fat loss.

I can't wait to see how you like this instead of NROL4W. I found your blog when you mentioned it on Tosca's forum. I am interested because I am also doing C25K and NROL4W. I didn't know anything about the Fat Loss program, but I reserved the book at the library to see what it's all about. I can't wait to read about your experience with it :)

Cool! I just did the first workout in Fat Loss 1 today and it was brutal! LOL
