Kettlebell Routine 1

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes with no rest between exercises. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat the routine one more time.
  1. Two Hand Swing
  2. Left Arm Snatch
  3. Right Arm Snatch
  4. Left Arm C&P
  5. Right Arm C&P
  6. Under Leg Pass (Figure 8)
