Dead Last Finish is greater than Did Not Finish which greatly trumps Did Not Start.

Week 2 Day 2

I finished week 2, day 2 of the 100 push-ups plan round 2. That is it for today. This round I am really feeling these in my shoulders. Amazing what changing the incline can do.

Yesterday was a brutally simple workout of deadlifts, ball bridges and snatches.
