Today's Food:

Breakfast - cereal (3g), soymilk (6g) with half scoop protein powder (12g) and banana

Lunch - 2 spring rolls with peanut sauce (2g)

Snack - Protein Bar (20g)

Snack - 2 slice pumpernickel with earth balance (6g)

Snack - PB&J

Dinner - Pepperoni Pizza with Goat Cheese
